This is our privacy statement which explains how we obtain, use and keep your personal data safe in relation to the PSB website, PSB Hub and PSB Shared Drives.

PSB is a registered charity, Number 1179282. We are regulated by the Information Commissioner’s Office; you can also contact them for advice and support.

Your personal data is information which by itself, or with other data available to us, can be used to identify you.

We are committed to keeping your personal information safe in accordance with the data protection laws.

1. DATA WE COLLECT AND STORE

PSB processes relevant personal information regarding members of staff, applicants for vacancies, member schools and schools interested in applying as part of its day to day operations.

We process information about:

  • The name, phone number and email address of schools interested in applying

  • Addresses, phone numbers, email addresses of member schools, the contracts with them as well as names, titles and email addresses of their staff.

  • Staff and job applicants.

We use Google for storage of personal data through our Hub and Shared Drives. If sharing work, school images and school data via our Google Sites and Drives, this is done at your own discretion and permission from your school must be sought before doing so.

2. RETENTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

We keep personal data for no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected.

3. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND RECEIVE

We use the contact information to respond to enquiries as well as updating member schools on PSB matters and sharing educational resources.

4. DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

PSB does not share your personal information with third parties. What schools choose to share in our Drives can only be accessed by members.

5. INTERNAL SECURITY PROCEDURES

Information you share on our website, Hub and in our Shared Drives is kept confidential. All members of PSB must sign a contract and abide by confidentiality agreements.

6. COOKIES

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, smart phone or other device and are commonly used on the internet. We do not use cookies for tracking or other marketing purposes.

7. RIGHTS OF USERS

You have the right to make amendments to your data, to restrict or delete data and to review the information we hold on you.

If you wish to exercise your rights in respect of your personal data, please contact our controller on james@learningskillstrust.com. Proof of identification will be required.

8. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY NOTICE

We will keep our privacy notice under regular review and place any updates on this webpage.
